Right of Withdrawal

The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products that are made specific to the person by printing in special sizes according to the consumer’s special requests and demands, thus being PERSONALIZED.

Right of Return and Exchange

You have the right to exchange or return products you have purchased from our site unconditionally within 14 days from the product delivery date, provided they meet the criteria specified below or if the products have not been opened.

• In case there is a manufacturing defect in the products.
• In case a size different from the size you provided is made (for special prints).
• In case a different product from the one you ordered arrives.
• In case of any damage caused by shipping (a damage assessment report must be prepared, otherwise return and exchange will not be accepted).

If you meet at least one of the above criteria, you must submit your return and exchange request through the support section on our website. Refunds for approved requests are made within 1-7 business days.
